A page turning? Not necessarily. Since its creation in 1998, Deltamu has been closely associated with Jean-Michel Pou and his teams. Since the 1ster Last February, the Deltamu group changed its shareholder structure.
" I think it's normal to give more of the fruits of growth to those who are involved in it on a daily basis. "says Jean-Michel Pou, founder of Deltamu.
The metrology specialist, software publisher, trainer and consultant, changes its shareholding structure. Since the 1ster February 2024, General Manager Nuno Dos Reis becomes majority shareholder. In short, he buys Deltamu. But not alone...
For several years now, Deltamu employees have had the opportunity to participate in the life of the company by acquiring a stake in its capital in various forms. Today, Jean-Michel Pou is stepping aside, while other employees are acquiring a stake in the company.
But what difference does it make? " Nothing! "is the company's unanimous response. Nuno Dos Reis had already been at the helm since 2013. The next logical step was for him to continue developing the company with the existing team.
The key word in this operation is confidence. Confidence in the company's future for employee shareholders, to the point of investing their own funds. Confidence of the founder in the employees, to the point of no longer having a majority shareholding.
Today, Deltamu is organized as follows: Nuno Dos Reis and his team for group development and management. Jean-Michel Pou for creative metrology development.
