Veeco Métrologie becomes Bruker Nano Surfaces

Bruker Corporation, fabricant d’instrumentation scientifique, a fait l’acquisition de la division Métrologie de Veeco. Cette acquisition a été finalisée le 8 octobre 2010 et inclut l’ensemble de la microscopie à force atomique, la profilométrie optique et la profilométrie à stylet.

De la même façon, l’équipe Métrologie de Veeco France a rejoint le groupe « Nano Surfaces » de Bruker.
