On September 20, at the Mesurexpovision and Espace Laser Paris trade shows, the jury announced its choice for the first Innovation Awards, reflecting technological progress in the measurement, vision and laser sectors.
Organized in partnership with your magazine Contrôles Essais MesuresThe "Trophées de l'innovation" awards were presented to 4 companies in the following categories: value-added inspection and testing, measurement control, image processing and laser measurement. The jury was unanimous in awarding the following prizes.
Innovation award in the "Value-added inspection and testing" category: the winner in this category was Symetrie, which presented its miniature hexapod Bora. n this category, the nominees were :
- Creaform with its MaxSHOT3D, an optical solution for 3D coordinate measurement based on photogrammetry, comprising a camera for data acquisition and VXshot software for calculation;
- Fondis ELECTRONIC with the FirstGuard, a portable Raman spectrometer combining performance, versatility, robustness and ease of use.
Innovation award in the "Measurement control" category The winner in this category was Bronkhorst France with its Liquiflow, a microfluidic miniflowmeter for liquids. Also nominated in this category were :
- Cetiat, with its calibration of low-flow liquid meters and flowmeters;
- National Instruments with its NI PXIe-5665 14 GHz vector signal analyzer for test and measurement applications
Innovation Award in the "Image Processing" category The winner in this category was Fondis Electronic with the Phenom, a new-generation tabletop scanning electron microscope manufactured by Phenom-World. Nominees in this category were :
- Accelonix, with its Inspection Express, a software package for inspecting the first board to come off the production line;
