The MMS Group (comprising the JRI and CIET companies), a specialist in wireless traceability and temperature monitoring solutions for the pharmaceutical, healthcare and food industries, is reorganizing its capital to accelerate development around Pascal Vermeersch and his key managers. Turenne Santé, Bpifrance and Innovafonds hand over the reins to Alliance Entreprendre.
The group was created in 2015 by Pascal Vermeersch to take over the JRI company in association with Eric Cartalas and André Grezel with the active support of de Turenne Santé, Bpifrance and Innovafonds.
Since then, JRI's activities have been intensively deployed in the healthcare and agri-food sectors, particularly since the launch of the new JRI-Nano-Spy and JRI-LoRa-Spy connected sensor ranges.
