Whether in the laboratory or in the field, Endress+Hauser's new Liquiline Mobile CML18 portable multiparameter transmitter can be used in a wide range of applications and fits into any pocket.
With this portable transmitter, measuring pH, redox potential, conductivity and dissolved oxygen is all done with a single device. Thanks to digital Memosens technology, switching from one sensor to another is, according to the manufacturer, "child's play". The transmitter immediately recognizes the connected sensor, downloads the stored sensor data and displays the correct measured value. Sensors no longer need to be calibrated on site, and can be pre-calibrated in the laboratory.
To monitor processes over a longer period, you can use the device's data logger function to store over 10,000 values.
Data security and consistency
The Liquiline Mobile CML18 and its Memosens technology guarantee maximum data security and reliable 100 % measured values. The device delivers correct values anytime, anywhere. Memosens sensors feature a microprocessor integrated in their heads, which converts all sensor signals into a strong digital signal, making them insensitive to humidity or other environmental influences. Reliable measurements and rapid signal transmission enable users to guarantee the smooth running of their processes, and optimize process conditions.
The use of different measurement techniques can lead to discrepancies between laboratory and process values. With the CML18, Memosens sensors used in the process can also be used in the laboratory. This ensures data consistency. Where faster response times are required, the new CPL51E pH probe can be used, using the same Memosens technology as the process sensors. This is particularly useful for liquids with low ionic conductivity, for example.
Intuitive operation
The Liquiline Mobile CML18 can be easily configured using the SmartBlue application, which can be downloaded free of charge to tablets and smartphones. All measured values and sensor data are transferred to SmartBlue via a secure Bluetooth connection. The app offers a convenient way of making settings, calibrating and reading sensor data and measured values over time. What's more, the CML18 handheld transmitter features an integrated wireless charging function, enabling it to be recharged with an inductive charger just as easily as with a smartphone.
