Historically organized in the Netherlands by the Netherlands Institute for Standardization (NEN), the international Gas Analysis Symposium & Exhibition continues to expand abroad under a new organization.
CFM steps up to the plate and adds this new event to its portfolio
Highly appreciated by the gas analysis community, Gas Analysis will now flourish under the aegis of CFM, which will organize the 11th edition of the event in May 2022.
Gas Analysis is a reference symposium for nearly 300 participants spread over several days. Over the years, it has established itself as the world's leading symposium for gas analysis, covering topics that address global challenges.
Perceived as the best forum for exchanging information on the latest advances and applications in the industry, it attracts a wide range of industry players: experts, regulatory decision-makers, technical managers, research laboratories, manufacturers and industrial users alike.
A program dedicated to green industry
Currently in preparation, the program will include oral and poster presentations, tutorials, an exhibition and social networking events. The symposium will be organized around three main application areas: environment, energy/biogas and health.
The latest advances in gas metrology, energy transition, industrial innovations and air quality will be presented. Other features include systems, measurement validation and uncertainties, accreditation, emission and contamination control, risk assessment...
A new tripartite association in the City of Light
Gas Analysis will be held from May 17 to 20, 2022 in Paris, in partnership with Measurement World and Global Industrie, two leading trade shows dedicated to industry and 4.0 developments. An Instrumentation, Metrology, Analysis village will be set up, facilitating meetings between professionals seeking and offering the "right" solutions.
"The symposium makes its contribution to the edifice, and stands as a pillar of an industry in the throes of change: in the midst of the fight against global warming, and faced with the need to integrate the environmental factor into the way we produce, this unprecedented conjunction takes on its full meaning!"The MRC says.
The call for papers is now open. Authors are invited to submit their abstract for a conference or poster presentation (in English only) by December 15, 2021.
