Historically organized since its inception in the Netherlands by the Dutch Institute for Standardization (NEN), the international Gas Analysis Symposium & Exhibition continues its progress abroad under a new organization.
The CFM puts the gas and integrates this new event into its portfolio
Highly appreciated by the gas analysis community, Gas Analysis will now thrive under the aegis of the CFM, which will host the 11th edition of the event in May 2022.
Gas Analysis is a reference symposium of nearly 300 participants spread over several days. Over the years, it has positioned itself as the global symposium for gas analysis by covering themes responding to global challenges.
Perceived as the best forum for exchange on the latest cutting-edge advances and applications in the industry, it attracts many stakeholders in the sector: experts, regulatory decision-makers, technical managers, research laboratories, manufacturers and industrial users.
A program dedicated to the green industry
Currently being prepared, its program will consist of oral lectures and posters, tutorials, an exhibition as well as social networking events. The symposium will be orchestrated under three main application axes: environment, energy/biogas and health.
On this occasion, the latest advances on gas metrology, energy transition, industrial innovations and air quality will be presented. Other elements at the rendezvous: systems, validation and uncertainties of measurements, accreditation, control of emissions, contamination, risk assessment...
A new tripartite association in the City of Light
Gas Analysis will be held from 17 to 20 May 2022 in Paris in partnership with Measurement World and Global Industrie, two reference fairs dedicated to industry and 4.0 developments. An Instrumentation, Metrology, Analysis village will be established facilitating meetings between professionals seeking and offering the "right" solutions.
"The symposium contributes to the building and presents itself as a pillar of an industry in desire for change: in the midst of the fight against global warming and the integration of the environmental factor into our ways of producing, this unprecedented conjunction then takes on its full meaning!"says one within the CFM.
The call for papers is already open. Authors are invited to submit their abstract for a conference or poster presentation by December 15, 2021.
