The PACE6000 Pneumatic Pressure Controller is the latest addition to the PACE line of modular high-precision pressure calibration instruments from GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies. It is particularly differentiated by its dual channel configuration which allows simultaneous double measurement.
It is based on the Druck DPI 515 platform and incorporates a fully digital control, the latest generation of piezoresistive sensors and pulse width modulated control valves providing unmatched control stability on the market of 10 ppm and a speed of high sweep. It offers split-screen or single-screen display, as well as simultaneous dual measurement in a wide combination of pressure ranges from 25 mbar to 210 bar. Optional configurations allow automatic determination of the selected caliber based on measurements made through a single pressure port, providing greater precision and optimum performance. Primarily designed for 19-inch rack systems, the PACE 6000 can be used in the laboratory as a benchtop instrument, but can also be ideally integrated into automated processes, where fast and precise pressure control is required, such as calibration of pressure switches and leak tests.
As with any instrument in the PACE range, the new controller has a modular design allowing users to quickly and easily replace parts and quickly change all or part of the pressure control modules. This increases flexibility and significantly reduces instrument downtime, as there is no need to recalibrate after each change.
