Three-dimensional measuring robot: Mach 3A

Exceptional speed in the production environment 

Unlike a conventional three-dimensional measuring machine, the Mach 3A is a three-dimensional measuring robot designed to be integrated as close as possible to production machines. Its many assets facilitate its integration into the workshop:

  • Measuring capacity: 605 x 505 x 285 mm
  • Speed: 1212 mm/s
  • Acceleration: 12,000 mm/s2

Temperature of use: 5 to 40 degrees Celsius

It measures precision mechanical parts at high speed.

The high demand for three-dimensional control directly in the production workshop motivated the creation of the Mach 3A measuring robot. Also, a demand for real-time measurement with control of production machine tools.

This type of machine brings high reliability of control processes as well as automation of measurements. The main benefit for the user is the integration of the control phase directly into the means of production. Drive the drifts of the manufacturing process in real time. In addition, the control phase is fully automated.

These technical features lead to increased productivity and time savings. Indeed, its operating speeds allow ultra-fast measurements. The mathematical correction of changes in room and device dimensions due to thermal fluctuations ensures high measurement accuracy even in the event of significant temperature variations in the workshop (5 to 40oC). The Mach 3A is perfectly suited to the production environment.
