Rockwell Automation announces the appointment of Matthieu Lassalle as Managing Director France.
With a dual French and American culture, Matthieu Lassalle is a graduate of Purdue University (Indiana - USA), a renowned institution in the field of Science and Technology.
Matthieu Lassalle, 39, began his career at Rockwell Automation in 1996 as a Commercial Engineer in New York State.
Two years later, he was appointed Sales Manager of the Print Systems Division in the United States.
He then served as Commercial Director Europe at Firth Rixson, a major supplier for the aviation industry.
In 2008, Matthieu Lassalle joined Rockwell Automation to develop the Michelin account worldwide. Under his leadership, the Michelin Group and Rockwell Automation signed a long-term partnership agreement in 2011 that made Rockwell Automation the preferred partner of the world's leading tyre manufacturer for the supply of industrial automation components and solutions to all Michelin Group plants around the world.
"Matthew's extensive experience in both sales and management and his excellent knowledge of the market will help us further develop our business opportunities in France," commented Urs Marti, Rockwell Automation's Regional Sales Manager for the EMEA region.
