The Almemo 2690-8 is a measurement acquisition center or data recorder as some will call it with a very intuitive drop-down menu for all your applications. Indeed this instrument was designed with a very specific objective, simplifying the measurement for your technicians and operators. This ambitious goal has been achieved for several years now thanks to the manufacturer AHLBORN, which Wimesure has represented exclusively for almost 20 years. Since then, the instrument with 5 measuring inputs (20 lanes) has continued to evolve to be always at the forefront of development. So thanks to the Almemo smart connector system, all your sensors can be simply plugged into an input of the acquisition plant without the help of any external module. The type of sensor will be recognized almost instantly and the measurement values will be given with the appropriate physical units. Even if you decide to use your own sensors, we will provide you with the appropriate Almemo connectors already programmed as well as the login scheme. Thanks to its 24-bit delta-sigma A/D converter, our recorder ensures rigorous measurement values because its microprocessor operates with extreme precision speed. In addition, the Q5 option allows you to have a sampling frequency of 500Hz (500 measurements per second). The almemo 2690-8's graphical screen, clear and illuminated with five white LEDs, shows all the measurable variables in an ideal and easy-to-read way in real time when measuring. It also provides the user with a clear and easy-to-understand guide. To process the recorded data, a multitude of interfaces can be connected to the acquisition plant's output socket, via appropriate connector cables. The cables are available for the following interfaces: RS 232, RS 422, fiber optics, USB, Ethernet and Centronics. Finally, the 2690-8 has an integrated dispenser to connect the plants to each other via a network. Using our AMR-Control or Win-Control programming and processing software, relatively complicated configurations and programming can be performed more or less effortlessly.
