The Opti-fix modular bridging range is specifically dedicated to optical measuring machines such as Quick Vision or Quick Scope, not to mention optical systems such as projectors or microscopes.
Mitutoyo has designed several kits, consisting of 16 to 115 elements, allowing to position and maintain parts during measurement. Whether it's air-maintaining parts, or a need for versatility in maintaining measuring parts, Mitutoyo has the kit you need.
The assembly of the different elements is made by tail-end, which gives a very high level of stability and reliability for serial or positioning measurements.
In order to minimize parasitic reflections produced by lighting systems or ambient light, all major construction elements have anodized matte black finish. The great novelty of modular bridging systems is the Opti-Fix Roundconcept. Because of the circular design of the rail, this innovation has been specially designed for complex geometry parts, which existing conventional methods do not allow functional installation within the measurement volume.
The combination of the two types of Mitutoyo Opti-Fix and Opti-Fix Round systems offers a professional bridging solution for all parts that must be measured using optical and contact measurement methods. In the field of vision measurement machines, improvisation is no longer common.
