Introducing the first handheld oscilloscope with up to 500 MHz bandwidth and 5GS/s real-time sampling rate: the Fluke 190 Series II ScopeMeter.
In 1991 Fluke launched its first portable oscilloscope: ScopeMeter®. For more than 20 years, Fluke has continued to develop its range of portable oscilloscopes, making ScopeMeter® the market's leading reference. From the very first 50 MHz ScopeMeter to the 200 MHz ScopeMeter, Fluke's portable oscilloscopes have evolved to meet the needs of professionals in terms of technical features, ruggedness and waterproofing.
Today, Fluke introduces the new Fluke 190 Series II - 500 MHz ScopeMeter, a portable two-channel oscilloscope with up to 500 MHz of bandwidth at a real-time sampling rate of 5 GS/s, high security and long battery life. Professionals now have a high-performance oscilloscope with the bandwidth and resolution needed to capture virtually any signal.
The advanced electronics of today's medical, military, communications and navigation equipment routinely operate at high speeds requiring superior bandwidth. Proper display of waveforms with high-frequency content, such as pulses, requires a bandwidth at least five times higher than the clock frequency of the system under test. The Fluke 190 Series II - 500 MHz ScopeMeter's sampling rate of 5 GS/s, or 200 picos per second, offers greater accuracy, better shape clarity and excellent amplitude for phenomena such as transients.
The entire Fluke 190 Series II ScopeMeter range, from 60 MHz to 500 MHz, incorporates innovative features such as ScopeRecord™, TrendPlot™, advanced triggering and automatic measurement functions that you'd expect from high-performance oscilloscopes. In compliance with IEC 61010, the safety level of this range rises to 1,000 V CAT III / 600 V CAT IV enabling measurements from mV to 1,000 V in complete safety.
