This is the first portable oscilloscope capable of up to 500 MHz of bandwidth and with a real-time sampling frequency at 5GS/s: the ScopeMeter Fluke 190 Series II.
In 1991 Fluke launched its first portable oscilloscope: ScopeMeter®. For more than 20 years, Fluke has been developing its range of portable oscilloscopes and has made ScopeMeter® the market leader. From its very first ScopeMeter 50 MHz to the ScopeMeter 200 MHz, Fluke portable oscilloscopes evolve to meet the requirements of professionals in terms of technical characteristics, as well as the robustness and waterproofing of the devices.
Today, Fluke is launching the new ScopeMeter Fluke 190 II Series - 500 MHz, a portable two-way oscilloscope that can reach 500 MHz of bandwidth at a real-time sampling frequency of 5 Gech/s with high safety levels and long battery life. Professionals now have a high-performance oscilloscope with the bandwidth and resolution needed to capture virtually any signal.
Today's state-of-the-art medical, military, communications and navigation equipment operates at high speeds requiring higher bandwidth. The correct display of waveforms with high-frequency content, such as pulses, requires bandwidth at least five times higher than the clock frequency of the system being tested. The sampling frequency of 5 Gech/s, or 200 pico per second of the ScopeMeter Fluke series 190 II - 500 MHz offers greater accuracy, better clarity of shape and an excellent amplitude of phenomena such as transients.
The scopeMeter Fluke 190 II series, ranging from 60 MHz to 500 MHz, incorporates innovative features such as ScopeRecord™, TrendPlot™, advanced triggering and automatic measurement features that you can expect from high-performance oscilloscopes. In accordance with IEC 61010, the safety level of this range is 1,000 V CAT III / 600 V CAT IV to measure mV to 1,000 V safely.
