Trigo strengthens its European coverage of the aviation market through the acquisition of Global Q, Spain's leading inspection and quality management company.
Founded in 2009, Global Q is established among Spain's leading aircraft manufacturers and suppliers through a team of more than 80 quality inspectors and engineers, renowned for their technical expertise and operational excellence. A major player in quality on French soil for the aviation sector, Trigo is now established in many factories, through a team of industry experts of more than 300 inspectors and quality engineers. The group has also begun to internationalize its services to the aviation industry, with a focus on Western Europe and Asia. The acquisition of Global Q, which adds more than 3 million euros to the Trigo Group's turnover, is a key step in building a truly transnational offer to support the aerospace industry throughout their supply chain.
Sergio André and José Manuel Carmona, both founders of Global Q, will remain involved in the management of Global Q, which will be under the responsibility of Trigo's Managing Director Western Europe, Benoît Leblanc, as: "The acquisition of Global Q is an important step in our effort to consolidate the European quality services market in the aviation sector, in order to support the pan-European industrial strategy of our main customers. Together, Trigo and Global Q will be able to provide them with significant synergies." Emmanuel Marquis, director of the Trigo Group's aerospace and heavy transport business line, adds: "With the arrival of Global Q in the Trigo family, we are now deploying a truly transnational solution for our key customers. We are now looking forward to leveraging this new asset for the development of our global strategy, throughout the supply chain. »
