CyberOptics Corporation, a leading international developer and manufacturer of high-precision 3D detection technology solutions, is launching the new CMM SQ3000 3D, a coordinate measurement system enabled by Multi-Reflection Suppression Technology (MRS), and CyberCMM, a new comprehensive software suite for coordinate measurement.
In the laboratory as well as in production, the CMM SQ3000 system generates repeatable and reproducible measurements with speed and high precision for metrology applications used to manufacture a wide variety of products such as circuit boards, semiconductors and consumer electronics.
CyberOptics' revolutionary MRS technology can be used for 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) as well as 3D Automated Optical Measurement (AOM) and 3D Coordinate Measurement (CMM). These results far exceed the diagnosis of success or failure.
"By integrating this robust coordinate measurement capability into our proprietary MRS sensor technology, we are delivering superior accuracy at speeds never achieved by traditional CMMs,"said Dr. Subodh Kulkarni, President and CEO of CyberOptics. It only takes a few seconds instead of hours ».
CyberCMM, a complete suite of CMM tools, provides metrology category measurements 100% faster than a traditional CMM tool on all critical points such as coplanarity, distance, height and X-Y coordinates, to name a few. When programming complex applications, a quick and simple configuration takes less than an hour compared to traditional CMMs that require a slow configuration, requiring considerable resources, as well as multiple adjustments.
The new SQ3000 3D high-speed 3D CMM, an extension of the MRS-compatible SQ3000 platform, will be presented from 14 to 17 November at the 2017 productronica show, held at the Mass in Germany in Hall A4, Stand 239.
