In July 2015, the Sauermann Group acquired Kimo Instruments to create a group capable of playing a driving role in improving indoor air quality, and becoming a major player in this market through the implementation of platforms and technological advances offering optimal detection, measurement and control solutions.
The process of integrating Kimo Instruments into Sauermann Industrie will be completed by the end of 2019, with the two companies merging in early January 2020 to form a single operating entity in France, headquartered in Montpon-Ménestérol (24).
This merger follows an in-depth transformation of the Kimo company to provide it with an organization and tools dedicated to developing its potential worldwide.
