The 24th Salon de l'Analyse Industrielle, held on January 26 and 27 at the Cnit in Paris La Défense, attracted 1,265 professionals to visit the 52 exhibitors. The organizer Comexposium is delighted with these figures, as he was able to maintain last year's attendance levels, even though the show was held over two days this year, as opposed to three last year. " The majority of our visitors are managers and decision-makersemphasizes Gilles Chassaing, show manager. The quality of the visitors was high, and many of them had projects in mind. These results are very encouraging for next year. ." The Industrial Analysis Show therefore retains all its appeal, and is more than ever the annual meeting place for regulations, quality, safety, instrumentation, measurement and industrial process control. For the 2011 edition, visitors were able to take advantage of the growing number of exhibitor-led workshops, giving them a sneak preview of the Show's thirty or so new products. For the first time, they also benefited from a conference on standardization led by AFNOR. For the 2012 edition, the Salon de l'Analyse Industrielle intends to keep the new two-day format and expand the number of workshops and conferences (discussions are already underway between the organizer and exhibitors). At the same time, the show intends to continue opening up to foreign countries.
