Delta Group, new owner of Advitis Microdécolletage

With the acquisition of Advitis Microdécolletage, the Delta Group is expanding its technological offering in the manufacture of high-precision metal micro-parts.

Delta Neo, a thirty-year-old family business based in the Fertois basin (Sarthe), specializes in the deformation of wire and strip for the manufacture of small metal parts by cold heading, stamping, cutting, bending, machining, tribo-finishing, turning and milling.

By acquiring the Haute-Savoie-based company Advitis Microdécolletage, the Delta Group has acquired new expertise in wire machining by material removal, opening up new market shares in the interconnection, luxury goods, medical, aeronautics and aerospace sectors, all demanding users of this exclusive technology.

A recognized expert in its field, Advitis Microdécolletage has been machining micro-parts in a variety of shapes and screws with extremely small diameters (just a few millimeters) from all types of metal for almost half a century, thanks to a fleet of some thirty dedicated machines and some fifteen highly experienced operators.

Like Delta Neo, it is committed to excellence in tailor-made work, and to innovation in the search for the optimum solution for complete customer satisfaction.

There are many other shared values which make the merger of these two companies all the more meaningful at a time when the company is handing over to its CEO, Christian Fath. The many points they have in common ensure seamless continuity in their respective operations. Indeed, it should be pointed out here that no major human or geographical changes will occur for either company with the new organization. They will continue to be available, in the same way and with the same contacts, to answer any technical or commercial questions.
