After his appointment to the 1er July 2016 as Managing Director of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence France, Mustapha El Bouchouafi is taking over the management of Q-Das and Sematec in order to provide a comprehensive offering to customers and a new strategy for the company.
Leading metrology and manufacturing solutions provider Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence announces Mustapha El Bouchouafi as Managing Director of Q-Das and Sematec. This appointment comes almost a year after his appointment as Managing Director, and augurs well for a developing corporate and group strategy.
Born in Holland in 1979, Mustapha El Bouchouafi holds an engineering degree (Germany) and an MBA (USA). In 2005, he joined the automotive sector as Quality Manager and then Managing Director of a subcontracting company, after having worked as a consultant in the German telecommunications sector. In 2011, he was appointed Product Manager for the Leitz ultra-high-precision range in the USA and South America, before joining Hexagon Metrology's General Management in Germany.
Now at the helm of Q-Das, software solutions provider and key player in the evaluation and control of measurement and manufacturing processes, and Sematec, 3D measurement service provider, Mustapha El Bouchouafi's aim is to make Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence France a company that enables its customers to analyze and exploit the data acquired, in order to offer a complete solution to its customers. The main aim is to transform large quantities of manufacturing data into real knowledge, thereby boosting company productivity.
