Expert in cold chain monitoring, JRI launches the LoRa Temp'+ range, offering a new temperature measurement solution via the LoRa ultra-long-range network of public telecom operators who are members of the LoRa Alliance.
The range is compatible with the JRI-MySirius monitoring application. Its technical features make it ideal for applications requiring long battery life, simplified transmission and integration of measurements in third-party operating systems.
Extremely long-range temperature loggers connected to the LoRaWAN network
To meet temperature monitoring needs, the LoRa Temp'+ range presents a model adapted to each application:
- LoRa Temp'+: Designed for monitoring sensitive products, it measures and records the temperature inside cold rooms via an internal temperature sensor.
- LoRa Temp'+ ES: Connect to all types of external PT100 temperature sensors to monitor temperature-controlled enclosures such as cold rooms, freezers or incubators.
- LoRa Temp'+ T2: Specially adapted to enclosures storing products whose temperature stability is very critical, it measures the temperature inside the enclosure via a high-precision external probe.
- LoRa Temp'+ T4: For monitoring the temperature inside hot water pipes via an external temperature sensor.
Each model comes with an eyelet and mounting base for easy installation and use. Powered by an interchangeable type A lithium battery, LoRa Temp'+ data loggers have a long battery life of up to seven years, depending on the measurement and transmission frequency settings.
Without a display, they offer a cost-effective solution with the metrological quality of JRI products.
Simplified measurement processing and data integration
LoRa Temp'+ devices automate temperature readings. They transmit their measurements to JRI's secure Cloud via the LoRaWAN long-range network of a telecom operator who is a member of the LoRa Alliance, or via the private network of JRI's LoRa gateway.
The JRI-MySirius application enables measurements to be visualized and processed via business modules adapted to the user's various tasks. In the event of deviation from tolerated temperature thresholds, alerts are sent immediately to save the goods.
When integrated into a third-party application or existing business software, LoRa Temp'+ recorders can be controlled by users from their interface.
