Expert in cold chain monitoring, JRI launches the LoRa Temp'+ range and offers a new temperature measurement solution via the very long range LoRa network of public telecom operators who are members of the LoRa Alliance.
The range is compatible with the JRI-MySirius monitoring application. Its technical characteristics allow it to meet applications requiring long battery life, simplify the transmission and integration of measurements into a third-party operating system.
Very long-range temperature loggers connected to the LoRaWAN network
To meet the needs of temperature monitoring, the LoRa Temp'+ range presents a model adapted to each application:
- LoRa Temp'+: Designed for monitoring sensitive products, it measures and records the temperature inside cold speakers via an internal temperature sensor.
- LoRa Temp'+ ES: To be connected to all types of external PT100 temperature probes to monitor temperature-controlled enclosures such as cold rooms, freezers or incubators.
- LoRa Temp'+ T2: Specially adapted to speakers retaining products whose temperature stability is very critical, it measures the temperature inside the speakers via an external probe of high precision measurement.
- LoRa Temp'+ T4: To monitor the temperature inside the pipes of domestic hot water networks via an external temperature sensor.
Each model is equipped with an eyelet and a fixing base providing ease of installation and use. Powered by an interchangeable Type A lithium battery, LoRa Temp'+ loggers have a long battery life of up to seven years depending on the setting of the measurement and emission frequency.
Without a display, they are an economical solution with the metrological quality of JRI products.
Simplified use of measures and data integration
LoRa Temp'+ make it possible to automate temperature readings. They transmit their measurements over the secure JRI cloud via the LoRaWAN long-range network of a loRa Alliance member telecom operator or via the private network of the LoRa JRI gateway.
The JRI-MySirius application makes it possible to visualize and exploit the measurements via business modules adapted to the different missions of the users. In case of excursion of the tolerated temperature thresholds, alerts are sent immediately to save the goods.
As part of the integration into an existing third-party application or business software, LoRa Temp'+ recorders can be controlled by users from their interface.
