The proven and recognized ATOS Triple Scan series has now expanded with the ATOS Triple Scan 12M. With its two 12-megapixel cameras, the Triple Scan and Blue Light technology, the ATOS Triple Scan 12M offers a unique combination of high-resolution, high-quality data scanning for demanding applications.

The ATOS Triple Scan 12M offers high retail resolution, especially suitable for demanding scans such as injection or casting cast parts, such as turbine blades, where leading and leaking edges play an important role.

Like all ATOS 3D scanners, the ATOS Triple Scan 12M uses the proven technology of GOM stereoscopic cameras to combine the highest data quality and process security. Each of the two cameras records 12 million scanning measurement points, providing unprecedented density and data quality. GOM stereoscopic camera technology ensures process security, continuously monitoring the measurement system and environmental changes, while providing the user with direct feedback.

Of course, the ATOS Triple Scan 12M boasts all the benefits of the ATOS Triple Scan family, including GoM Triple Scan - Blue Light technology.

Faster measurement process with Triple Scan - Blue Light technology

The ATOS Triple Scan uses a measurement and projection technique specially developed by GOM. In addition to the GOM stereoscopic camera technique, the ATOS Triple Scan also uses left and right cameras separately in combination with the projector. This process consists of 3 individual sensors giving different perspective views of the object. Using this proven technology, the ATOS Triple Scan produces highly accurate measurements of shiny surfaces, complete data of complex components with deep recesses or fine edges. The number of scans required is therefore reduced and handling is simpler.

The ATOS Triple Scan features state-of-the-art GOM Blue Light technology. The narrow-band blue light projection technique allows precise measurement, regardless of lighting conditions. It also has an extremely long lifespan and minimal maintenance.
