Testo, a measurement specialist, offers the testo 320, a new multifunctional combustion analyzer for maintenance companies that use their equipment on a daily basis on a sustained basis on fuel/gas or wood installations.
The Testo 320 is a professional, simple, fast-to-use and operational equipment in just 30 seconds. Its high-resolution color and graphics display ensures a very clear and detailed display of measurements and facilitates smooth navigation between different menus.
The "self-diagnosis of sensors" function visually indicates the state of the cells. An alert signal notifies of any leaks. In addition, the bayonet connector allows a quick and easy connection of the various probes compatible with the analyzer.
Powered by rechargeable Li-Ions batteries on USB plugs, the Testo 320 analyzer offers up to 8 hours of battery life and has a memory of 500 measurement protocols that can be accessed at any time. Its compact, lightweight case protects it from shocks and soot.
The filter of the device, always visible, is placed upstream of the pipe and the condensation pot is integrated so protected from shocks, for maximum protection. With interchangeable sensors, replaceable by the user without SAV return and guaranteed 2 years, the Testo 320 has an optimal lifespan.
Thanks to its multiple functions and a dedicated menu for each application, the testo 320 guides maintenance professionals towards optimal adjustment of the installations: Combustion: combustion analysis plays a key role in the setting of a boiler. By measuring O2, CO and other parameters, testo 320 indicates whether the boiler is properly adjusted and operates optimally with the highest possible efficiency. Totally customizable, the testo 320 allows you to select 4 to 8 parameters, display the combustion matrix and up to 4 parameters as a curve.
Detection: Using a deported probe, testo 320 detects even the weakest gas leaks. These are signalled and highlighted by an audible and visual signal. In addition, the analyzer directly indicates the ppm concentration.
Draw/depression: The draw measurement starts directly after selecting the appropriate menu. After zeroing, the testo 320 performs an interpretation of the difference between atmospheric pressure and that of the duct. In addition, the temperature index guides the user to the ideal positioning of the probe.
Differential pressure: Differential pressure is displayed directly as values change. The combustion analyzer allows you to visualize the different data over a time period defined by the technician. This allows power to be added to the heating needs of the installation.
Environmental CO: Testo 320 determines the concentration of CO in the ambient air. The data is displayed very simply on a graph that shows the CO content measured against the legal threshold.
Differential temperature: Using two sensors, testo 320 measures the start/return temperatures of an installation and, for example, balances a radiator or a heated floor to ensure optimal and efficient operation.
