Cutting-edge sensor technology
Endress + Hauser has become a pioneer in the market for digital instrumentation and solutions with the introduction of Memosens sensors in 2004. By converting the measured value into a digital signal and transferring it contactlessly to the receiver, its technology redefines the concept liquid analysis.
“ Endress + Hauser is developing the next generation of Memosens technology, with more diagnostics and functionality. Thanks to these initiatives, it remains at the top of the product innovation curve , ”says Janani Balasundar, Industry Analyst at Frost & Sullivan.
Elimination of major maintenance challenges
Endress + Hauser eliminates the main maintenance challenges on its analyzers. The Liquiline System CA80PH orthophosphate analyzer reduces operating costs thanks to its low consumption of reagents. It also ensures high equipment uptime through automatic calibration and cleaning as well as easy, tool-free maintenance. To speed up troubleshooting, the multi-parameter portable Liquiline Mobile CML18 can be paired with Memosens sensors to help site technicians quickly measure each measurement point in the installation.
Ready for Industry 4.0
In addition, the new generation Heartbeat Technology from Endress + Hauser offers diagnostics of continuous processes and their devices, documented verification without process interruption and information for condition-based maintenance. “ It improves device functions by using process data to support process optimization and condition-based maintenance strategies ,” emphasizes sector analyst Janani Balasundar.
With the Netilion IIoT ecosystem, all measurements, process data and diagnostics from field devices can be used for cloud-based applications. Thus, the company's digital services monitor the health of devices, analyze the installed base of the devices and help organize files and documents concerning the asset. According to Janani Balasundar, “ With solutions from Endress + Hauser, the sector is ready for Industry 4.0 .”
