For its 10th edition on October 11 and 12, 3D Print, the benchmark event for additive manufacturing in France, is moving to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles for the 1st time. A dense program of live demonstrations, booth shows, workshops, new exhibitions and conferences will enable the thousands of visitors expected to immerse themselves in the latest trends and solutions in additive manufacturing. An unprecedented edition, with no fewer than 300 exhibitors expected and 6,000 participants.
Paris Expo Portes de Versailles: 3D Print goes big!
Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, with its architecture optimized for the organization of large-scale events, is an ideal venue for an international trade show like 3D Print. The multiplicity of exhibition possibilities makes this venue perfectly suited to the congress/exhibition format, and more conducive to live demonstrations of 3D printing machines and equipment on exhibitors' stands.
Circular economy and sustainable development in the spotlight
A pioneer in industry trends, 3D Print 2023 will focus on sustainability and the circular economy, a key issue for the sector. The show will be an opportunity for exhibitors to reveal their innovative solutions and greener alternatives. Visitors to the show will be able to take inspiration and discover the best in additive manufacturing to reduce environmental impact.
Dynamic, interactive booth shows will punctuate this first edition of the "Green Initiatives Tour", during which exhibitors will share their success stories around one of the 5 sustainable aspects of additive manufacturing:
- Topological optimization (design) / improved LCA assessment
- Waste and/or energy reduction
- Sustainable materials
- Digital inventory (stock)
- Spare parts and repairs
Each participant in the Green Initiatives Tour will be identified by a sticker placed on his or her stand.
As for the congress, it will also provide a wealth of answers. Visitors will be able to take part in enriching and instructive exchanges and debates led by top speakers and recognized experts, to gain a better understanding of the new industrial challenges linked to the environment. At the same time, the 3D Print organizer is also committed to limiting its environmental impact, and will be presenting a report listing the various actions taken during the event to reduce its footprint.
Materials Corner, a zone dedicated to materials innovation
Representing a strong vector of innovation, materials developed for additive manufacturing now have unique properties, responding to specific market needs.
In 2023, the focus will be on materials and their applications, with :
- The creation of a dedicated exhibition area (Materials Corner) where visitors can enjoy a 360° experience, discovering a wide range of materials offered by exhibitors.
- Conferences and technical workshops to give participants a better understanding of the latest trends in 3D printing materials
- The introduction of a "Materials Tour" to speed up meetings between specialist exhibitors and visitors looking for materials solutions.
A tenfold increase in exhibitors
Because additive manufacturing can revolutionize every stage of a company's production, the 3D Print show will bring together 300 French and international exhibitors and brands representing the entire additive manufacturing value chain, from design to post-processing.
Numerous major players in 3D printing will be present, many of them new. Among them: Arbug Additive GMBH, Cadvision, CMS France, Cosmyx 3D, Erpro Group, Formlabs, Halbronn SAS, Hexagon, Initial, Joke Technology GMBH, Kreos, Linde, Naberterm GMBH, Namma, Pollen AM, Rosler France, Scott Bader Co.
