French President Nicolas Sarkozy has reappointed Nathalie Homobono as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institut national de l'environnement industriel et des risques (Ineris), which was renewed last November for a 5-year term.
Ms Nathalie Homobono and Ms Manoëlle Martin were reappointed respectively as Chairwoman and Vice-Chairwoman of the Ineris Board of Directors by decree of the French President on December 27, 2022. The appointments of Nathalie Homobono and Manoëlle Martin were proposed by the Ineris Board of Directors on November 30. The Board, renewed last November for a 5-year term, welcomes nine new members.
Five of the new members were appointed by the Prime Minister: Virginie Chrestia-Cabanne (representing the Ministry of Labor), Marc Moroni (representing the Ministry of Transport), Gaëlle Dussin (France Chimie), Antoine de Finance (Confédération nationale des associations familiales catholiques) and Françis Nativel (Association Eau et rivières de Bretagne).

The Institute would like to thank the members whose terms of office have come to an end, and who have supported the Institute during a busy period which included the preparation of the 2021-2025 Contract of Objectives and Performance, in a context strongly marked by the crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic. Five were appointed by the Prime Minister: Nicolas Bessot (representing the Ministry of Labor), Claire Sallenave (representing the Ministry of Transport), Philippe Prudhon (France Chimie), Daniel Vigier (FNE) and Marianick Cavallini-Lambert (association Familles rurales). Four others were elected employee representatives: Isabelle Couture, Reine Landa, Thierry Delbaere and Didier Jamois.
